7. I consent to BRICS Pay JSC providing my personal data to third parties without notifying me or obtaining additional consent from me to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in paragraph 4. At the same time, BRICS Pay JSC takes measures to protect personal data during its circulation in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
8. This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data is valid indefinitely from the date it is provided. I understand that I or my representative have the right to revoke this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data by sending a corresponding written notice to BRICS Pay JSC or its representative by email at support@brics-pay.com. At least 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the revocation of consent.
9. If the personal data subject or their representative revokes their consent to the processing of personal data, BRICS Pay JSC reserves the right to continue processing the personal data without the consent of the personal data subject. This is provided that the grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 exist.
